We are looking to swap our 2bed/2.5 bath condo in Auburn Hills, MI for a single family home in Oakland County or possibly Macomb County. Our condo is located at M59-Adams area. It is 1750 square feet, built in 2004, and has many upgrades. Come and enjoy maintenance-free living! It was recently appraised for 227,000. We were looking to spend around 300K for the single family house, but would be willing to go a little higher for the right one. If you are looking to upgrade or downgrade, please contact us.
