Longtech is seeking 2 consultants who have the following skill sets:

1. Candidate with Microsoft Certification on their resume will obtain a higher scoring on the evaluation.
2. More than 3 years experience in VB.Net and SQL server applications development. Experience in C#.Net and Access a plus.
3. Skills relating to VB.Net and SQL server, with a familiarity of how these tools can be integrated with third party tools, such as bar coding, or credit card handling.

One of them will act as Project Management/Team Leader. The responsibility will include handling contractual issues, invoicing and to maintain staffing levels. The person shall also serve as the primary contact for problems and concerns with contracted staff (including non-performance issues). He will manage the daily operations of the application development contract, and be the primary focal point (on-site) for the client project manager. Any project status reporting will be performed by the Team Leader. This person should have project management experience in addition to the above application development experience requirements.
