Position Description:
Build flash components or all flash promotions. Create content ranging from simple “click and wins” to full advergames and micro sites. Responsibilities include integrating creative assets and sounds, creating animation, and focusing on interactive design/usability.

Performance Expectations:
• Create interactive applications that bridge the gap between user input and Flash backend frameworks
• Develop innovative solutions for game flow and flash elements
• Work closely with Design teams (graphics) and Interface Developers (html) to ensure successful integration
• Interact with and manage client relationship when appropriate
• From a user perspective, focus on flash experience, messaging and usability of site
• Clear brand understanding – research and maintain integrity
• Manage project interface and interactivity
• Think about the details
• Manage deliverables and expectations based on the approved project plan

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
• Proficient in Actionscript 2, XHTML/CSS, JavaScript
• Excellent professional communication skills
