- Ann Arbor environmental products company is seeking to hire an Engineering Manager to lead the design of innovative new pumps, pneumatic and electronic devices for the landfill and groundwater remediation industry. Responsible for managing and directly contributing to new product development efforts and support of existing products at multiple locations. Manages other engineers, designers, technicians and outside contractors and consultants, and attends major account meetings and trade shows. Requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of supervision experience. Core competencies desired in pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic device design, materials, FEA, engineering cost analysis, design for extreme outdoor environments, CAD, and design and product documentation systems. The successful candidate will have good organizational and leadership skills with the ability to coach and train. Compensation: $70K - $100K dependent on experience.
