The Epitec Group is looking for well qualified .net developers. This will be a contract-to-hire position and the Requirments are as follows:

Responsible for development and support of web-based projects. This candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, but will be focused on development The ideal candidate will present all or a majority of the following:

Required

Experience in C#, COM/COM+ and .NET software development.
Experience in ASP/ASP.NET development and related skills in HTML, DHTML, XML.
Experience with Microsoft based development tools such as Visual Studio 6.0 and Visual Studio .NET to implement software solutions.
Experience with SQL Server, and Source Safe
Experience with creating content on various web sites and adhering to corporate standards
Strong problem solving, analysis, design, and testing skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Evidence of being innovative and self-motivated – true self starter.
BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred

Experience with Adobe and/or photoshop (ability to receive a design in a photoshop file, break the design apart, make edits and create a web page)
Experience in Flash (ability to minipulate the file and move images around)

IIS Management
Enterprise Development
Commercial Product Development

The ideal candidate for this position will need excellent problem solving skills with a strong desire to be constantly challenged. Ability to work well in a team environment is a must, but must be successful with working independent with little direction. Candidate should be self motivated and show a thirst for learning new technologies and tools. Keeping technical skills current will be highly emphasized in this position.
